Engineered cost segregation has been an option for property owners for many years. However, its complexity, high costs, and the limited availability of consultants for smaller properties have historically made it inaccessible to small property owners.

OUR MISSION

Maximize Deductions, Tax Savings and Cash Flow

Each year, the government over-collects excess taxes from small rental property owners. This issue does not arise from a flaw, omission, or mistake in the tax code; rather, it is due to the lack of appropriate tools available to small property owners for accurately categorizing real estate components into their respective depreciation classes.

Our mission in developing RealTax Saver was to create a comprehensive and economical platform specifically for small investors to ensure a fair tax treatment with larger institutional property owners.
