About the Principal
The principal of Real Tax Advisers holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and advanced training as a Certified General Appraiser. His career includes construction cost estimating, nationwide property tax consulting, and engineered cost segregation for major industrial, multifamily, and commercial properties.
After years serving large companies, he saw that small residential investors were almost entirely overlooked. With new access to online data and emerging AI tools, he created a streamlined cost segregation system built specifically for small investors—making accelerated depreciation simple, affordable, and accessible to everyday property owners.
